Our 15th-floor penthouse is extremely private, with only four villas on the floor. You’ll enjoy an abundance of deluxe amenities, including plush towels, super-soft bedding, bathroom niceties, and a full-size washer and dryer. Plus enjoy oversized beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys! The signature state-of-the-art kitchen—designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi—features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or casual afternoon snacks.
The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon-style pools, a sand-bottom pool for kids, spas, a dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues, and a smoke-free environment. *Penthouses in the Ocean Tower at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina start on the 10th floor and go up to the 16th floor. These premium units are situated on the highest levels to provide panoramic views of the ocean, lagoons, and surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 33 days and 8 hours away at time of booking.
